Windows Vista is excellent you may have heard that it isn't but it is. You have features like windows Switcher this is where you have a lot of programes open you just click the button and they all just line up in a row on your screen. Theres the show desktop this just takes you to your desktop. Then theres tabs for on the internet this is where you can open loads of pages on one explorer. Although when you are buying software for your Windows Vista computers this is because windows Vista is new so alot of the software was made before vista was realised. I have Vista on my computer and it's fantastic. It a lot quicker then any other Windows you may have used. It looks a lot better as well you don't get writting in the corner saying start it's just a little circle with the windows logo in it. There is loads of versions of it like Basic, Home premium and Buisness. There is one thing you should know to turn the computer off you go to the start menu click on the arrow then click on shut down don't click the power button on the start menu this just puts the computer in low power state.
